BioSure's professional sanitation system uses state-of-the-art ozone disinfection technology in commercial kitchens. The unit fulfils numerous sanitation and hygiene requirement for commercial kitchens, labs, and medical centers. Ozone is the world's strongest food grade antimicrobial agent, 1.0 ppm of ozone = 3,000 ppm of chlorine. While destroying bacteria and viruses, ozone reverts to oxygen, meaning no chemical residuals and a pure, fresh taste.

BioSure patented electrolytic ozone generator technology creates high concentration ozonated water by electrolyzing pure water. Unlike other ozone generators, BioSure's products have no NOx by-products and fully comply with OSHA safety standards.

With our patented technology, BioSure sanitation systems can produce high concentration ozonated water instantly. The hands free motion sensor activation prevents cross contamination and the patented dissolving system ensures high concentration ozontated for maximum germ killing power.

BioSure's high concentration ozonated water used in
conjunction with normal hand wash procedure can
completely inactivate all viruses and bacteria in as little as 20 seconds contact time with up to 4ppm and remove detergent and chemical residues.
